Each new account is assigned a fresh IP, and the sending speed is throttled for the first one or two weeks. This gradual speed increase ensures better deliverability. You can opt out of the warmup process at any time, but we highly recommend following it.
The IPs we assign are fresh, with no previous sending history, so your inbox and open rates will depend on your list quality and content. Our clients report open rates ranging from 15% to over 70% on their email campaigns.

Unfortunately, no. After purchase, you’ll be redirected to our onboarding screen where you’ll provide additional details like your account timezone and sending domain. We will then forward you the necessary DNS records to add to your domain. Your account should be active and ready within 24 to 48 hours.
Our team operates 100% remotely, so we don’t have fixed support hours. However, we aim to respond to all queries within a few hours (under 48 hours), though there might be delays on weekends.
